What is Finance Talk?
Finance Talk is an event organized by Poli Finance, in the style of a recruitment fair, which seeks to strengthen relations between the financial market and the academic environment - offering a bridge between these two universes.
The event takes place in a reserved area on the outskirts of USP's Polytechnic School, in which will be distributed among the representatives sent by each participating institution. The public feels free to move around and talk freely with each professional, getting to know the company better, its values and career prospects.
In addition, the fair's reach is remarkable, with more than 700 students from the most diverse institutions of excellence in Brazil attending the last edition. Here's some of the companies that attended in the other editions.

Opportunities
Students have the chance to interact with important companies of the financial market, where they can not only ask specific questions about their careers and better understand the dynamics of each company, but also gain valuable knowledge and technical information about the main areas of the market. This exchange takes place through conversations with experienced professionals, clarifying particular issues related to their professional career and providing a more in-depth understanding the daily routine of each company. At the same time, these companies have the opportunity to integrate into the university environment and establish direct contact with those who will be the future talents of the financial market.
The event is structured around 'stands' in the most crowded areas of the Polytechnic School, promoting conversations with professionals, giving those present more freedom to ask questions, learn a little more about the day-to-day life of each area of the market and understand the dynamics within the institution. Each company has two stools, a table and a banner with information about the company and its industry. This creates an inviting space for students to get closer to the financial market! In addition, coffee breaks will be offered to all event participants.

Objectives
Build a connection between companies, which are looking to identify their future professionals among the talented students in the academic environment, and students who want to broaden their horizons and explore the various possibilities of working in the financial market, with an emphasis on the financial sector.
Generate knowledge and technical information on the main areas of the financial market through dynamic talks with professionals from the sector and answer any questions students may have.
Reach high-level students from the best engineering school in the country and from renowned schools - both interested in a career in the financial market - and attract them to a career in that financial institution
