igc Challenge

igc Partners was founded in 1997 and is the largest M&A boutique in Brazil. This competition, which is also the largest university M&A competition in Brazil, had three phases. In each of these phases, participants assume the role of M&A professionals and advise a fictitious company in search of a new investor.

In the 2019 edition, around 100 teams signed up and only 12 of them made it to the final. Poli Finance had 2 of these 12 finalist groups, one of them being the champion group, taking 15 thousand reais in prize, and the other the third place. In addition, members of both groups were called to undertake a vacation internship at IGC Partners.
