Poli Finance Information

Arthur Penhalber, a Civil Engineering student at USP’s Polytechnic School, joined Poli Finance in 2025.2. He stood out from the very beginning, becoming champion of the Summer Case Competition by analyzing Pague Menos. Throughout the semester, he was the top performer in the academic training program and analyzed Boa Safra during the research training. At the end of the junior cycle, he presented a Nubank case in the Poli Finance Challenge, winning first place and also being named Operational Highlight. He currently serves as Head of the Selection Process and Academic Director.
