Eduardo Bicca, a Naval and Ocean Engineering student at the Polytechnic School of USP, joined Poli Finance in 2026.1. Throughout his cycle as a Junior Associate, he showed notable and consistent progress in the trainings, culminating in second place in the Poli Finance Challenge with a case praised by market professionals. He also took part in the Communications and Selection Process cells and currently is Head of the Selection Process cell.
