Rafael Duarte, a Petroleum Engineering student at the Polytechnic School of USP, joined the group in the first semester of 2026. Throughout the semester, he achieved second place in the Summer Case, second place in the Research Training, and third place in the Poli Finance Challenge. He currently serves as Head of Mailing.
