In this In-Company session, we learned about the area now known as Special Situations with one of the leading firms in the field, Lumina Capital Management. We were introduced to new concepts related to Legal Claims, which are part of the firm’s day-to-day activities. Additionally, we had the opportunity to analyze some of Lumina’s recent projects.
